Last night was our last hoorah on eating not the way we will in Italy. Though the turkey subs were fabulous, today we go back to uber healthy and delicious real food.
Baby and I are sitting at the dinner table now, all windows open with a beautiful mild breeze stirring the air, the tv off, and lesson two of our Italian program on low in the background. The chickpea and shrimp sauté in a charmoula marinade is finishing off the beautiful start to our afternoon.
